  1. Noriko's classes at active4kess in Cirencester keeps me strong , energized , focused and young and I highly recommend her .I am a working mother of two with lots of travels involved and have been practicing Pilates for the past 5 years to keep a healthy balance and stay fit . Unlike vinyasa and power yoga with practice of holding poses I find ashtanga yoga to be based on flow of energy and breath which you learn to monitor and allow you to reconnect with yourself and keep you coordinated . Noriko offers different level of practice which allow you to work at a comfortable pace .
